The brand had well-formulated, professional haircare products, but the brand was lacking cultural relevance. The positioning was unclear, the packaging was unscalable, and major retailers weren't interested in listing the products. 

I came in and rebuilt the brand from scratch — new vision and positioning, new visual identity, new packaging across the full range, new website, and a new content strategy across all channels.
